To achieve this vision the ASX is structured into 6 key operating divisions: Operations, Technology, Business Development, CFO Office, Corporate Office and Market Supervision.

Operations

The Operations division is responsible for providing high quality, timely and transparent operational oversight of the trading, clearing, settlement and related risk management functions for ASX's debt and equity markets.

The Technology division is responsible for developing, supporting and supplying quality systems and infrastructure to provide the regulated market to participants, both national and international customers.

Business Development

The Business Development division is responsible for new product development, enhancing existing products (product management) and marketing. Customer acquisition, consultation and account management is also managed through the division.
