Corporate Governance and the Listing Rules

The ASX Listing Rules contain two mandatory requirements relating to corporate governance.  These are as follows:

• Disclosure in Annual Report
  • ASX Listing Rule 4.10.3 (PDF 190KB).
• Audit Committee
• ASX Listing Rule 1.1 Condition 13 (PDF205KB)
• ASX Listing Rule 12.7 (PDF 86KB)

To assist with the application of ASX Listing rules 1.1 Condition 3 and 12.7 see the following: 

• A list of the S&P/ASX All Ordinaries Index  as at the start of each quarter.
• A list of top 300 companies in S&P All Ordinaries Index
