Share Registry

ASX operates a CHESS sub-register and an issuer sponsored sub-register, both of which are an electronic form of holding. Accordingly, shareholder statements which are similar to a bank statement, are issued in place of share certificates.

If you quoted a Holder Identification Number ("HIN") when you purchased your shares, they will be held on the CHESS sub-register.

Updated shareholder statements are issued at the end of the month in which any change occurs to your shareholder balance. Shareholder statements do not constitute a negotiable instrument, however, they should be kept for your future reference.
