If you have any queries relating to your ASX shareholding, please contact ASX's share registrar, Link Market Services. You can also access information about your ASX shares via the Link Market Services website, including the ability to:

  • Check your current holding balance (you can check and amend individual holding records online by entering your Securityholder Reference Number (SRN) or Holder Identification Number (HIN), along with your surname or company name and your postcode.
  • Enter your Tax File Number (TFN) if it is not on file
  • Check your current dividend payment instructions
  • Change your current annual report election
  • Subscribe to receive email notification of selected Australian Stock Exchange Ltd announcements.

Subscribe to receive notification of key ASX announcements

By subscribing to our email notification service, you will receive an email when Australian Stock Exchange Limited has released a quarterly, interim or final report to shareholders.  It is envisaged there will be approximately 6 emails sent to subscribers each year.

To subscribe simply enter your details in the Services for Shareholders section of the share registry website (by becoming a member), then select Australian Stock Exchange Limited in the email notification section.
