approved the consolidation of the issued capital of Mt Grace
Resources NL please be advised as to the following key dates:

Trading in reorganised securities on deferred 
settlement basis                                         3 March 1998

Last day for acceptance of transfers accompanied 
by certificates issued prior to reorganisation          12 March 1998

Transfers lodged from this date accompanied by a 
certificate issued prior to reorganisation will 
be rejected                                             13 March 1998 

Last day for despatch of uncertified security 
holdings or certificates                                19 March 1998
