Australia's number one online real estate services provider,
realestate.com.au Ltd, today announced it has entered into a referral
agreement with anz.com.

Under the arrangement, anz.com will be promoted as a preferred
financial services partner at realestate.com.au. Additionally,
realestate.com.au will have hyperlinks to relevant anz.com web pages,
which provide details on the range of home loan financing options
available through ANZ. Customers can review the options and apply
online for their loan at anz.com.

This arrangement will enable anz.com to leverage the real estate
focused user base of realestate.com.au to generate loan referrals,
with realestate.com.au earning a referral fee for those customers who
initiate and settle a home loan with anz.com.
