    Number of MBLWAB warrants currently outstanding

(b) As at 31/3/2000 ANZ Bank held a relevant interest in 171,225,003
fully paid ordinary shares in Macquarie Bank Limited, comprising
0.705724% of the issued capital of that Listed Entity.

MACQUARIE BANK LIMITED

    Number of MBLWAQ warrants currently outstanding as at 31/3/2000 0

(b) As at 31/3/2000 ANZ Bank held a relevant interest in

comprising 0.705724% of the issued capital of that Listed Entity.
