Deutsche Bank AG as issuer of the ANZ Instalment Warrants (ASX code
ANZIDA), announces that the record date for the entitlements to the
$0.35, fully franked distribution for the ANZIDA Warrants is 9
November, 2000 coinciding with the record date for the ANZ ordinary
share dividend.

The ANZIDA Warrants will commence trading ex-distribution on 2
November, 2000. Again, this coincides with the ex-dividend date for
the ANZ ordinary share.

The Trustee will cause the dividends to be distributed to holders of
ANZIDA as soon as reasonably practicable upon their receipt.
