As Issuer of Australian and New Zealand Banking Group Limited ("ANZ")
Instalment Warrants (ASX code: ANZISI) UBS Warburg Australia Limited
announces that the record date for the entitlements of eligible
holders to a $0.35 distribution in relation to each ANZISI is 9
November 2000, coinciding with the record date for the ANZ ordinary
share dividend.

The ANZISI will commence trading ex-distribution on 2 November 2000.
Again coincides with the ex-dividend date for ANZ ordinary shares.

Payment Date is the 15 December 2000.

This Dividend is Fully Franked.

Distributions will be allotted as soon as practicable.
