The Directors of KAZ Computer Services Limited ("KAZ") are pleased to
announce that the Company has entered into a multi-million dollar
contract with ANZ.

The contract is to be undertaken by KAZ's 100% owned subsidiary
Ausdata Pty Limited (Ausdata). KAZ will provide ANZ with a "Proof of
Deposit" (POD) processing system called VIPS (Voucher and Image
Processing System). The VIPS system delivers cheque clearing
processing and reconciliation capabilities as well as full digital
images of all cheques.

Having an image of each cheque will ultimately provide ANZ with
faster retrieval of cheque images to answer customer queries. The
system will store and manage the cheque image archive, which receives
volumes of up to 0.75 million items on a daily basis.

The enhanced VIPS system to be supplied by KAZ under the contract was
jointly designed and developed by KAZ and ANZ. It has been
considerably enhanced to deliver a system that is specifically
tailored to the Australian marketplace and provides a configurable
base.

The ANZ contract extends the services KAZ offers and provides to
Australia's major financial institutions. Services now include
proofing of deposits, application processing, merchant processing,
verification of and processing cheques.

Mr Peter Kazacos, the Managing Director of KAZ, said, "The new system
represents a brand new innovation on the market for "Proof of
Deposit" systems. This is an area of our business which I believe
represents an attractive growth opportunity for KAZ."
