TABCORP HOLDINGS LIMITED

(a) Number of TAHWAA warrants bought back during quarter         Nil 
    Number of TAHWAA warrants exercised during quarter        17,400 
    Number of TAHWAA warrants currently outstanding as  
    at 31/12/98                                                  Nil 

(b) As at 31/12/98 ANZ Bank held a relevant interest in 1,530,922
    fully paid ordinary shares in Tabcorp Holdings Limited, comprising
    0.50% of the issued capital of that Listed Entity.


OROGEN MINERALS LIMITED

(a) Number of OMLWAA warrants bought back during quarter         Nil 
    Number of OMLWAA warrants exercised during quarter           Nil 
    Number of OMLWAA warrants currently outstanding as 
    at 31/12/98                                                  Nil
 
(b) As at 31/12/98 ANZ Bank did not have the power to vote or the
    power to dispose of any fully paid ordinary shares in Orogen 
    Minerals Limited.


COCA-COLA AMATIL LIMITED/COCA-COLA BEVERAGES PLC

(b) (i) As at 31/12/98 ANZ Bank held a relevant interest in 246,728
        fully paid ordinary shares in Coca-Cola Amatil Limited, 
        comprising 0.02% of the issued capital of that Listed Entity.

   (ii) As at 31/12/98 ANZ Bank held a relevant interest in 236,529
        fully paid ordinary shares in Coca-Cola Beverages Plc, 
        comprising 0.02% of the issued price of that Listed Entity.


FOSTER'S BREWING GROUP LIMITED

(a) Number of FBGWAA warrants bought back during quarter         Nil

    Number of FBGWAA warrants currently outstanding as

(b) As at 31/12/98 ANZ Bank held a relevant interest in 4,910,597

    comprising 0.29% of the issued capital of that Listed Entity.
