US preferred share issue announced on 10 and 16 November 1998.

The underwriters have elected to exercise part of their option to
purchase an additional 1 million TrUEPrs to cover over allotments
(which will raise an additional US$25 million). The total amount of
the issue (including over allotments) will raise approximately US$375
million.
