Citibank AG as issuer of the ANZ Citibank AG Instalment Warrants (ASX
code ANZIOA), declared the record date for entitlements to the A$0.40,
100% franked distribution for the ANZ Citibank AG Instalment Warrant 
is Thursday 8 November 2001, coinciding with the record date for the 
ANZ ordinary share dividend.

The Citibank AG Instalment Warrants will commence trading 
ex-distribution on Thursday 1 November 2001. Again, this coincides
with the ex-dividend date for the ANZ ordinary share.

The Trustee will cause the dividends to be distributed to holders of
ANZ Instalments to coincide as reasonably practicable with the receipt
of the dividend from the company on Friday 14 December 2001.
