Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited as issuer of
instalment warrants over ordinary shares in CSR Limited (CSR) under
an Offering Circular dated 10 May 2001 (ASX Code: CSRIAA), announces
that the Record Time for the entitlements to the $0.11, 40% franked
distribution for the CSRIAA instalment warrants is 30 November 2001.
This Record Time coincides with the record date for the CSR ordinary
shares dividend.

The CSRIAA instalment warrants will commence trading ex-distribution
on 26 November 2001. This coincides with the ex-dividend date for the
CSR ordinary shares.

The Security Trustee will cause distributions to be distributed to
Holders of CSRIAA on or before 5 Business Days after the CSR payment
date of 17 December 2001.

Defined terms used in this announcement have the meanings given to
them in the Offering Circular dated 10 May 2001.
