ING Australia and ANZ Banking Group have announced a proposal for a
joint venture of their existing fund management and most of their
life insurance operations.

The operations of ING Real Estate are not in included in the proposed
joint venture, and Management of ING Office Fund and ING Industrial
Fund is not affected. In particular ING Management Limited, the
responsible entity of IOF and IIF, will continue to be a wholly owned
company ultimately of the ING Group in the Netherlands.
