Ballarat Goldfields NL (ASX code BGF) advises that the overdraft
facility in place with ANZ Banking Group Limited has again been
extended as a result of its regular review between the company and
its bankers. The facility has been extended from 31 March 2002 until
31 May 2002, at which time the next review will take place.
