The Directors of the Company are pleased to announce that they have
repaid A$6.25 million to the ANZ in accordance with the agreed debt
repayment program. The repayment to ANZ was finalized through a
repayment of the intercompany loan from Hudson Investment Group
Limited.

The ANZ working capital facilities have now reduced to approximately
$31.5 million. These facilities will be refinanced with another
Lender (as announced on 28 October 2002) after the completion of
legal and security requirements which is expected to occur on 22
November 2002.
