INSTALMENT WARRANTS ISSUED BY ANZ UNDER THE OFFERING CIRCULAR DATED 
10 MAY 2001

Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Ltd (ANZ) is the issuer of
the following Instalment Warrants under the Offering Circular dated
10 May 2001:

AGLIAA, AMPIAA, BHPIAA, BILIAA, CBAIAA, CMLIAA, CSRIAA, FGLIAA,
FXJIAA, LLCIAA, MAYIAA, NABIAA, PBLIAA, QANIAA, RIOIAA, SGBIAA,
TAHIAA, WBCIAA, WMCIAA, and WOWIAA.

ANZ advises that as of 16 December 2002, Salomon Smith Barney
Australia Equities Pty Ltd (Salomon Smith Barney) will be making
markets in the above Instalment Warrants on behalf of ANZ. As of 16
December 2002, ANZ Securities Ltd will no longer make markets in
these Instalment Warrants on behalf of ANZ.
