Directors are pleased to announce that Credit Corp Collections has
been appointed to the debt recovery and outsourcing panel of the ANZ
Banking Group Limited after having undergone an extensive audit
process conducted by the Bank. Credit Corp Collections is a wholly
owned subsidiary of Credit Corp Limited, and operates commission
based collection activities for the group. As a panel member the
group has access to both the Bank's agency outsourcing program and
regular debt sale program. Participation in the debt sale program
will begin immediately, whilst referral of commission based recovery
work is expected to commence during the fourth quarter of the 2003
financial year.

Managing Director Simon Calleia stated "the ANZ contract provides the
Company with another major banking client, further strengthening our
presence on the panels of Australia's major banking and financial
institutions. The banking and finance specialisation acquired through
our purchase of Audit Collection Services has established the group
as one of the leading collection service providers to Australia's
banking and finance sector".

Credit Corp listed in September 2000 as one of the first participants
in Australia's then fledgling debt purchase market. Over the past
twelve months the business has diversified to provide commission
based recovery services to a wide range of leading banking and
finance institutions and major corporate clients. The group also
comprises Urgent Summons Service, representing one of the largest
process serving operations in Australia, and Legalforce the dominant
collection service provider to the NSW local government sector.
