ANNOUNCEMENT OF CORRECTION TO ENTITLEMENT TO AMPIAA DISTRIBUTION

Australia and New Zealand Banking Group as issuer of instalments
warrants over ordinary shares in AMP Limited (AMP) under Offering
Circular dated 10 May 2001 (ASX Code: AMPIAA) would like to inform
the ASX of an error in our previous message dated 27 Feb 2003.

In this letter we confirmed that the entitlements to the $0.20
dividend, which goes ex dividend on 31st March 2003 would be fully
franked (100%). We confirm that this should read 'franked at (15%)'.
