Legalco Limited today announced it has been appointed by the ANZ Bank
to perform CBD settlements, stamping and registration services in New
South Wales and Victoria. Managing Director of Legalco Mason Little
said, "This appointment again recognises that Legalco is more than
capable of servicing major corporate entities such as the ANZ Bank
who demand not only superior service but increasingly a supplier who
can provide an on line and off line capability in all states."

Legalco is Australia's largest broker of land title information.
Legalco's online delivery services commenced in 1997 with the
introduction of NSW land titles and was followed up with the delivery
of land titles in QLD and VIC. Other online services include ASIC,
Business Names, ITSA, Sydney Water and the NSW Office of State
Revenue, together with a full range of offline products and services
such as property enquires, property strata reports, shelf companies
etc.
