ALT Resources is an Australian based mineral exploration company incorporated in April 2014 to acquire up to a 70 per cent interest in tenements held by GFM Exploration (GFM). GFM is the registered holder of three tenements in the south-east Lachlan Orogen in New South Wales. Capital to be raised: $4 million.
Genetic Signatures has developed and commercialised a suite of EasyScreen™ Real-Time PCR based kits for the routine detection of infectious diseases. The EasyScreen™ kits provide hospital and pathology laboratories with the molecular tools to screen for a wide array of infectious pathogens in a rapid and high-throughput environment. Capital to be raised: $15 million.
iQ3 is the world's first specialised life science corporate financial advisory and asset management firm. It provides advice to life science companies on mergers and acquisitions, strategic matters, restructuring and capital structure, capital raising and corporate finance, as well as asset management services to corporations, partnerships, institutions, governments, and individuals. Capital to be raised: $4.4 million.
Proteomics International Laboratories is an innovative biological research and drug discovery company working to make a difference in people's lives by developing simple diagnostic tests for common diseases and discovering new therapeutic drugs. Capital to be raised: $15 million.
A long-established skydiving company with 11 existing drop zones across Australia. Skydive is in the process of acquiring another five drop zones on Australia's East Coast. Capital to be raised: $20 million.
