Your guide to upcoming floats

A selection of companies that are raising capital and have applied for official admission to ASX, as well as links to information on upcoming and new listings.

Here is a snapshot of entities that had applied for admission to the official list of ASX, as at June 3, 2015. Upcoming Floats has more information, and Recent Floats and Listings provides information on entities that have listed on ASX in the previous two months.

Note: information about upcoming floats can change quickly if companies close their IPO ahead of schedule, or decide to extend their offer. Check the ASX website or talk to your financial adviser for latest information. IPO listing and closing dates are indicative only.

1. Adairs Limited
Adairs is recognised as a leading specialist retailer of manchester and Homewares. With over 100 stores nationally, the business comprises of some of this country's best-known retail brands, such as Adairs (including Adairs Homemaker and Adairs Factory Outlets), Adairs Kids and Urban Home Republic. Capital to be raised: $218.1 million.

2. AirXpanders, Inc
It designs, manufactures, sells and distributes the AeroForm patient-controlled tissue expander for breast reconstruction procedures. Capital to be raised: $39.1 million.

3. Dongfang Modern Agriculture Holding Group Limited
A holding company for a subsidiary that carries on the business of cultivation and sales of navel oranges, pomelos, tangerines and camellia, in the Ghanzhou Province in China. Capital to be raised: $50 million.

4. Flexiroam Limited
Flexiroam is an international mobile roaming provider, offering budget international roaming services for outbound travellers from eight different countries to destinations in more than 200 countries and territories around the world.  Capital to be raised: $12 million.

5. GARDA Diversified Property Fund
The GARDA Capital Group has operated as a property funds management business since 2000. From 2000 to 2007 the group had significant growth in (unlisted) assets under management to approximately $500 million. GARDA Diversified Property Fund is the remaining flagship fund managed by the GARDA Capital Group. Capital to be raised: $70 million.

6. Gateway Lifestyle Group
Gateway Lifestyle Residential Parks is an Australian owned and operated company with an established track record in the development and management of residential parks. Capital to be raised: $380 million.

7. Greenstone Limited
Greenstone specialises in the design, marketing, distribution and administration of personal insurance products. Greenstone offers products in the term life, funeral, income protection and pet insurance markets. These insurance products are distributed through Greenstone's Proprietary Brands (Real Insurance, Australian Seniors Insurance Agency, Guardian Insurance and Prime Pet Insurance) and Affinity Brands (Medibank, Woolworths and RSPCA). Capital to be raised: $966.5 million.

8. India Fund Limited
The India Fund will allow Australian investors to participate in one of the world's fastest growing economies via a listed investment company on ASX. Capital to be raised: $35 million to $100 million.

9. Medlab Clinical Limited
Medlab is an early-phase, drug development company based in Sydney. It specialises in biologics, targeting illness, disease states and syndromes. More specifically, Medlab focuses on the role that bacteria play in health and disease and investigates the gastrointestinal microbiome’s ability to modulate the impact of other therapeutic agents. Capital to be raised: $9 million.

10. MG Unit Trust
Murray Goulburn is Australia’s largest dairy foods company. In FY14, it processed approximately 3.4 billion litres of milk (or approximately 37 per cent of Australia’s raw milk supply. The MG Unit Trust, a special purpose funding vehicle, will provide its unitholders with an economic exposure to Murray Goulburn’s business. Capital to be raised: $450.4 million.

11. QMS Media Limited
QMS was established in 2014 to aggregate a number of media related assets including the businesses currently conducted by QMS APAC and the outdoor advertising assets of Paramount Outdoor, Octopus Media and Drive By Media, amongst others. Capital to be raised: $90 million.

12. Shriro Holdings Limited
Shriro is a leading kitchen appliances and consumer products marketing and distribution group operating in Australia and New Zealand. The group markets and distributes products under company-owned brands (including Omega, Robinhood, Everdure and Omega Altise), and third-party brands (such as Casio, Blanco and Pioneer). Capital to be raised: $50.4 million.
