Your guide to forthcoming floats

Here is a selection of companies that are raising capital and have applied for official admission to ASX, as well as links to information on upcoming and new listings.

Here is a snapshot of entities that had applied for admission to the official list of ASX, as at October 4, 2017. Upcoming Floats has more information, and Recent Floats and Listings provides information on entities that have listed on ASX in the previous two months.

Note: information about upcoming floats can change quickly if companies close their IPO ahead of schedule, or decide to extend their offer. Check the ASX website or talk to your financial adviser for latest information. IPO listing and closing dates are indicative only.

1. Appetise (Holdings) Limited
An online food takeaway and restaurant delivery marketplace. Capital to be raised: $6.8 million.

2. Bojun Agriculture Holdings Limited
Bojun engages in manufacturing processed foods and beverages on a made-to-order business model. Key products include fruit-cider vinegar beverages and fruit confections. Capital to be raised: $12 million.

3. Magellan Global Trust
A listed investment trust that invests in global equities. Capital to be raised: minimum $250 million.

4. Nanollose Limited
A researcher and developer of products and processes relating to microbial cellulose. Capital to be raised: $5 million.

5. Registry Direct Limited
Registry Direct assists Australian listed and unlisted companies and trustees of listed and unlisted funds in maintaining registers of the securities they issue, and in performing registry support activities. Capital to be raised: $6 million.

6. State Gas Limited
An exploration company involved in conventional gas resources. Capital to be raised: $5.25 million.

7. Tando Resources Limited
Tando is a junior exploration company with a conditional right to acquire one mineral exploration project located in Western Australia, the Quartz Bore Project, and two applications for other exploration projects in WA. Capital to be raised: $4.5 million.

8. Tao Commodities Ltd
The minerals explorer intends to acquire a package of a 100 mining rights over an area in Utah, United States. Capital to be raised: $4.6 million.
