ASX Grain Futures & Options Trading hours

The ASX Grain Futures and Options market migrated to ASX 24 on Monday 24 October 2011. As a result, the trading hours for this market have changed.

ASX 24 Trading Hours

Effective from the open of the Day Session on Monday 24th of October 2011 (AEST/AEDT*)

Grain Futures & Options Pre-Open Open Close Period
 NIGHT SESSION2  5.04pm  5.14pm  7.00am For period from second Sunday in March to first Sunday in November. 
   5.04pm  5.14pm  7.30am For period from first Sunday in November to second Sunday in March.
 DAY SESSION  10.50am 11.00am   4.00pm Year round.

The daily settlement price will be calculated as at the close of the Day Sesison at 4.00pm.

Market activity during the night session is reported and cleared as part of the trade date for the following day session.

2 The first Night Session will commence on Monday 24 October 2011 for Trade Date Tuesday 25 October 2011.
