The Intersuisse Group consists of Intersuisse Limited, Intersuisse Corporate and Sovereign Asset Management. Collectively, the Intersuisse Group offers our clients a range of financial solutions comprising investment planning and advice on Australian and foreign equities through its stockbroking, investment banking and asset management services.

Intersuisse Limited was incorporated in the 1980s after a long established period as a stockbroking partnership. In 1993, a group of highly experienced Australian stockbrokers and Phillip Securities Pte Ltd, a large international broker based in Singapore, acquired the business.

With 66% Australian owned, Intersuisse has grown into a reputable name with associates throughout Asia and in London. Phillip Securities, its Singapore counterpart and significant shareholder, is today a leading financial services group in Asia Pacific, operating under the brand name of PhillipCapital.

Intersuisse is licensed to provide investment advice and transaction execution for securities listed on the Australian Securities Exchange and through its offices in Melbourne and Sydney. Intersuisse services include:
