National Guarantee Fund

The National Guarantee Fund provides compensation to investors in certain circumstances as set out in Division 4 of Part 7.5 of the Corporations Act.

ASX maintains investor confidence in the integrity of its markets by regulating the conduct of market participants and monitoring market activity for any irregularities.
