SFE Clearing Participant

The specific financial requirements of a SFE Clearing Participant are:

  • Minimum NTA of A$5 million (which must not include a Clearing Participant's commitment).
  • First Level Commitment of A$2 million.
  • Second Level Commitment of an amount which is calculated according to the Participant's aggregate initial margin as a proportion of total Participant initial margin.
  • Each Clearing Participant is given a Capital Based Position Limit (CBPL), which is currently set at 200% of a Participant's NTA.
