The Road to IPO - Step 4: Apply to list

Having prepared and lodged your prospectus with ASIC, you are now able to submit your listing application to ASX. 

The application form is contained in the ASX Listing Rules and must be received by ASX within seven days of lodging your prospectus with ASIC.
ASX will review your application and prospectus to ensure that it satisfies the ASX Listing Rules. ASX Listings Advisers may seek additional information to assess your application and ensure that sufficient information is available for investors to make informed decisions once your organisations shares start trading.
