Feedback required - company and investor experiences
The Corporate Governance Implementation Review Group (IRG) is the review body tasked with considering the implementation of the ASX Corporate Governance Council's Principles of Good Corporate Governance and Best Practice Recommendations. IRG is seeking your feedback on:
- Your experience in implementing Corporate Governance recommendations, including the 'if not, why not' reporting; and
- The experience of your investors in assessing the new level of disclosure.
Best disclosure nominations
ASX congratulates listed companies on their efforts to enhance the quality and level of disclosure and is seeking to recognise and promote reporting best practice.
ASX is seeking nominations of exemplary corporate governance disclosure. Several listed companies have chosen to 'early adopt' disclosure of corporate governance practice against the Principles of Good Corporate Governance and Best Practice Recommendations.
If you believe that a company, large or small, should be recognised for quality of governance information in the true spirit of the Principles, please follow the link provided below to nominate them.
