Important information for ASX Listed Entities


Changes to ASX Online - Companies Logon Page

On Thursday 29 April, ASX will launch a new logon page for ASX Online - Companies. The page is located at https://www.asxonline.com/companies/Logon.jsp. The purpose of the changes are to provide Companies with easier access to relevant information.

The changes will only affect the look of the logon page and will not affect the process of lodging company announcements or the URL (web address); if you have ASX Online - Companies bookmarked in your web browser, the link will still work.

Companies should note that existing User Names and Passwords will remain the same, as will password conventions:

  • password can be between 8 and 13 characters; and
  • after 3 failed login attempts, companies will need to contact ASX Online help desk on 1800 028 302 for assistance.

If you have any questions regarding changes to ASX Online or other ASX related matters, please contact your Company's Advisor.

To help keep our Listed Entities informed of information and events ASX will be sending emails to the Company Secretary's Office from time to time.
