Important information for ASX Listed Entities
Listing Fees - Amended Guidance Note - Calculation Date & Due Date
ASX Guidance Note 15 - Schedule of Fees has been amended and is available on ASX Online and www.asx.com.au. The Guidance Note incorporates changes to reflect increases to Initial, Annual and Subsequent Listing Fees, which have been phased in over the last three years.
Listed companies should note the following:
- the calculation date for determining the annual fee payable is 31 May. For those entities whose securities are suspended as at this date, ASX will normally use the last price at which the securities traded before suspension.
- the due date for payment is Friday 30 July 2004, by no later than 5.00 pm EST. This year 31 July is a Saturday, and therefore the preceding business day becomes the effective due date (listing rule 19.5).

ASX Online - Professional Advisers
Listed Companies should be aware that ASX Online has been expanded to provide a new service to lawyers and accountants that enables them to
electronically lodge a range of ASIC forms and certain other information, including substantial shareholder notices for release to the market. These forms previously had to be lodged with ASX by facsimile and were subject to a fee. A number of selected ASIC forms are now available on ASX Online websites in
Microsoft Word.
ASX Online for Professional Advisers does not permit lodgement of company announcements required under the Listing Rules. This is still the responsibility of listed companies. Should information involving your company be
electronically lodged with ASX for release to the market by a Professional Adviser, an acknowledgement of release will be automatically sent to you.
