Important information for ASX Listed Entities

Listing Rule Amendments - Effective Date 24 October 2005 Additional requirement to give ASX two hard copies of the Annual Report 

ASX recently advised that certain amendments to the Listing Rules came into effect on 24 October 2005. One of those amendments, Listing Rule 15.4.1, requires listed entities to give ASX two hard copies of their annual report.

This rule applies in respect of annual reports for the year ended 30 June 2005, and if listed entities have not already given ASX two hard copies of their annual report in respect of the year ended 30 June 2005, ASX asks that they do so as a matter of priority.

Please note that:
this requirement is in addition to the obligation to electronically lodge the annual report as a company announcement; and 
the two hard copies should be sent (or may be delivered) to your Home Branch and not to the Company Announcements Office.
