1. Reporting Deadlines for Appendices 4D and 4E - Feedback by 13 April 2006

An important ASX Regulatory Policy Unit (RPU) Consultation Paper Reporting Deadlines for Appendices 4D and 4E (PDF 193KB) was released today. 

ASX is about to make a decision regarding the 60 day reporting deadline. This is your last chance to give us feedback before RPU makes a recommendation to the ASX Board.

2. Disclosure Around Bookbuilds - Feedback by 13 April 2006

An important ASX Regulatory Policy Unit (RPU) Consultation Paper Disclosure Around Bookbuilds (PDF 300KB) was released today. 

Disclosure Around Bookbuilds provides guidance on the type of disclosure which ASX expects to see around bookbuilds. It also contains ASX proposals to add an additional Note to Listing Rule 3.1 and additional guidance to Guidance Note 1.
