Ernst and Young IPO Retreat – 22nd to 23rd May, Blue Mountains, NSW

ASX went to the Blue Mountains to participate in the Ernst & Young IPO Retreat. The aim of the 2-day Retreat was to provide 23 unlisted companies representing a variety of sectors with the knowledge and information they require to make a decision about listing. CEOs and CFOs from fast-growth businesses considering an IPO learned about the issues and processes they face when considering an IPO. The IPO process was made clear by experts including ASX’s Eddie Grieve, Manager – Listings and Capital Access, accountants, brokers, lawyers, executive recruiters, PR consultants and regulators. The interactive workshops further enhanced the presentation schedule by giving companies the opportunity to consider specific issues.
