ASX Reforms set to enhance equity market liquidity
The removal of broker identifiers on the ASX trading system and the extension of the Closing Single Price Auction (CSPA) from 4.05 to 4.15 will be implemented for effect Monday 28 November 2005.
Listing: beyond the early stages
Not just throughout the listing process, but also afterwards, it's vital for companies to generate their key messages (modifying them over time) and adopt a systematic and proactive approach to all communications. This includes prospectus, interim and full-year results presentations, annual reports, AGM's, and so on.
Managing Investor Relations - Survey
A sample of ASX's smaller listed companies will be invited to participate in an ASX survey to learn more about their approach to managing investor relations. The survey seeks feedback on helping companies during the listing process and in terms of ongoing listing assistance. If you are invited to participate, please take 10 to 15 minutes to complete the survey.
Float of the Month
The best performing new float in the month of October comes from the biotechnology sector and was CathRx Limited (CXD) who raised $14 million. CathRx Limited is developing and commercialising cardiac catheters used in the diagnosis and treatment of electrical problems of the heart known as cardiac arrhythmias.
