ASX Corporate Governance Council User Survey and Update on current Council activities
The newly established ASX Regulatory Policy Unit wants to hear from you in relation to 60-day Reporting Deadlines and Disclosure around Bookbuilds. This month we also cover Corporate Governance council activities and key findings of a survey aimed at understanding the relevance of corporate governance disclosure to the investment and analyst community.

ASX recently surveyed our listed SMEs to understand their approach to managing Investor Relations and to identify whether ASX could play a role in assisting SME's improve their IR functions.

SMEs lead the way in market capitalisation growth!
Despite the significant obstacle of capital raising for SMEs, when compared to blue chip companies over a four year period SME growth has by far exceeded the growth of blue chip companies.

  • Introduction to Investor Relations Certificate Course

    The Introduction to Investor Relations Certificate forms part of the Australasian Investor Relations Association's (AIRA) Executive Development Program. On completion, graduates are encouraged to undertake the Advanced Certificate in Investor Relations which will be held over two days on 20 & 21 July 2006.
