ASX and AIRA launch investor relations course for SMEs

ASX and the Australasian Investor Relations Association (AIRA) have come together to help listed companies meet their investor relations needs by offering a one day investor relations course - Investor Relations for SMEs. 
Changes to capital raising arrangements

ASX has processes in place to continually review and update its listing rules whether in response to changes in market practice, legislative amendments or to remedy issues that ASX perceives in the market
Volatile start to the financial year

A strong finish to FY07 saw the All Ords advance 25.4% in the 12 months to 29 June 2007 making it the best performing year of the current bull market.
ASX Corporate Governance Council releases revised Corporate Governance Principles and Recommendations

The ASX Corporate Governance Council has released the second edition of the Corporate Governance Principles and Recommendations (Revised Principles).
