Company Announcements Platform (CAP)

ASX’s continuous disclosure regime is facilitated by its world-class technological platforms.  The Company Announcement Platform or CAP enables simultaneous and rapid dissemination of disclosures made by listed entities.  All disclosures (Announcements) are sent electronically to ASX via ‘ASXOnline’.  They are immediately processed by CAP staff for release to the market.
