An Extraordinary General Meeting of Singleton Group Limited was held
on Wednesday 6 February at 10:00am in accordance with the notice of
meeting dated 4 January 2002. The results of the voting are as
follows:

RESOLUTION 1 
To approve the acquisition of shares representing 49%
interest in three JWT Group companies from WPP Group plc and the
issue of Singleton Group Ltd Shares to WPP - The motion was carried
on a unanimous show of hands.

RESOLUTION 2 
To approve the change of name of Singleton Group Limited
to STW Communications Group Limited - The motion was carried an a
unanimous show of hands.
