Your guide to upcoming floats

The Company holds two tenements considered prospective for gold exploration in
Western Australia. China Mining plans to carry out further exploration work on these tenements, with the aim of identifying a JORC-compliant mineral resource to show their potential values. Capital to be raised: $5 million.
HuaYi Resources has a magnesite project in the mountainous region in Haicheng City, in the People’s Republic of China (PRC). HuaYi intends to undertake a drilling program with the aim of providing a JORC-compliant resource for the project, and verify and validate the classified mineralisation estimates undertaken in the PRC in 2009 and 2012. Capital to be raised: $2.5 million.
The Company’s objectives are to engage in the acquisition, exploration, development and operation of coal mines and to ultimately supply coal into the export coal market. U & D has two well-advanced Bowen Basin mine development projects (in Queensland) that are the focus of the Company’s strategy for transitioning to a coal producer in the near term and to start generating cash flows. Capital to be raised: maximum of $125 million.
