Register for the ASX Investor Series and attend free presentations.
By Jo Stoneham, ASX
ASX, together with Finance News Network (FNN), hosted its fourth Investor Series CEO meet-and-greet in February, with a record Sydney audience.
Held over lunchtime, the ASX Investor Series has drawn leading listed companies to give presentations to investors of all types. While ASX-listed companies are often chaperoned to conduct investor roadshows overseas, many do not have the opportunity to get in front of domestic investors as often as they would like.
The sessions include presentations from a diverse range of companies from sectors such as resources, biotechnology, property, finance and technology.
Following the presentations, the CEOs and other company representatives mingle informally with attendees over a light lunch. It is a great opportunity for existing or potential shareholders to ask questions one-to-one.
For each event, Morningstar provides a one-page research note on each participating company to guide investors through the salient points of each presentation.
The events are free to attend, so register to secure your place. Seminars will be run in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane over March and April. For those interested in obtaining structured CPD credit, ASX provides a quiz to complete in order to certify the time.
Brief interviews with each company representative are filmed on the day.
