Your guide to forthcoming floats

A selection of companies that are raising capital and have applied for official admission to ASX, as well as links to information on upcoming and new listings.

Here is a snapshot of entities that had applied for admission to the official list of ASX, as at February 8, 2017. Upcoming Floats has more information, and Recent Floats and Listings provides information on entities that have listed on ASX in the previous two months.

Note: information about upcoming floats can change quickly if companies close their IPO ahead of schedule, or decide to extend their offer. Check the ASX website or talk to your financial adviser for latest information. IPO listing and closing dates are indicative only.

1. Fat Prophets Global Contrarian Fund

A listed investment company that invests in contrarian investment opportunities across global asset markets. Capital to be raised: $33 million.

2. Huntsman Resources Limited

Huntsman Resources is a new gold exploration company focused on the discovery and commercialisation of gold deposits in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and Western Australia. Capital to be raised: $3.5 million.

3. Jiajiafu Modern Agriculture Limited

The company grows and supplies organic vegetables in the Chinese market, particularly in the Shandong province. Capital to be raised: $9 million.

4. Marquee Resources Limited

Marquee was formed to acquire lithium exploration prospects and raise funds to test these prospects. The Company's goal is to discover one or more economic lithium deposits and bring the discoveries into production. Its initial focus is in Clayton Valley, Nevada, USA. Capital to be raised: $3.5 million.

5. Matador Mining Limited

Matador has secured the rights to seven exploration and prospecting licences in Western Australia that are prospective for gold, copper and a variety of industrial metals including lithium, tantalum and tungsten. Capital to be raised: $3.35 million.

6. Nelson Resources Limited

Nelson Resources has a portfolio of five gold packages within the Western Australian goldfields. The flagship tenements either have recent drilling or historical mine workings. Capital to be raised: $5 million.

7. Raptor Resources Limited

Raptor Resources’ aim is acquiring and developing a portfolio of exploration properties in Western Australia. Raptor has acquired four exploration projects in the State. Capital to be raised: $4 million.

8. Retech Technology., Co Limited

Retech provides technology solutions to, and builds e-learning platforms and E-Courseware for, large companies and training providers, enabling them to deliver their offline training content online. Capital to be raised: $22.5 million.

9. ServTech Global Holdings Ltd

ServTech provides solutions-based software services and administrative support for a wide range of transaction-based businesses across industry. ServTech Global is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that helps businesses manage their transactions. Capital to be raised: $6 million.

10. Tianmei Beverage Group Corporation Limited

The company distributes and promotes fast-moving consumer goods (food, beverages and other grocery items) in Guangdong Province, China, as well as its own brand of drinking water products in China. Capital to be raised: $10 million.

11. Wattle Health Australia Limited

Wattle Health provides Australian-made health and wellness products, such as nutritional dairy and baby foods. Capital to be raised: $8 million.
