Your guide to forthcoming floats

A selection of companies that are raising capital and have applied for official admission to ASX, as well as links to information on upcoming and new listings.

Here is a snapshot of entities that had applied for admission to the official list of ASX, as at March 7, 2017. Upcoming Floats has more information, and Recent Floats and Listings provides information on entities that have listed on ASX in the previous two months.

Note: information about upcoming floats can change quickly if companies close their IPO ahead of schedule, or decide to extend their offer. Check the ASX website or talk to your financial adviser for latest information. IPO listing and closing dates are indicative only.

1. Bigtincan Holdings Limited

The company’s mobile, artificial-intelligence-powered sales enablement platform – Bigtincan Hub – features next-generation sales AI capabilities that empower reps to more effectively engage with customers and prospects and encourage team-wide adoption.

Capital to be raised: $12 million.

2. De.mem Limited

The company is commercialising innovative products and technologies for decentralised water and wastewater treatment.

Capital to be raised: $3.75 million.

3. Fat Prophets Global Contrarian Fund Limited

A listed investment company that will invest in contrarian investment opportunities across global asset markets.

Capital to be raised: $33 million.

4. Magmatic Resources Ltd

Magmatic Resources is a gold and copper/gold porphyry exploration company, with interests in other base metals.

Capital to be raised: $4 million.

5. Tinybeans Group Pty Ltd

Tinybeans provides a mobile and web-based social media platform that allows parents to record and share moments and milestones with family and friends, privately and securely.

Capital to be raised: $6.5 million.

6. Todd River Resources Limited

Todd River Resources is an Australian-based resources company that holds one of the largest base metals exploration portfolios in the Northern Territory, including the large-scale Manbarrum Zinc Project.

Capital to be raised: $5 million.

7. URB Investments Limited

URB is an investment company created to provide access to a portfolio of Australian Equity Assets and Direct Property Assets exposed to the growing area of urban renewal and regeneration.

Capital to be raised: $300 million.

8. Visioneering Technologies, Inc.

The US-based company has a portfolio of innovative technologies to address eye-care issues, such as presbyopia in adult and myopia correction in children.

Capital to be raised: $33.3 million.
