‘Successful Investor Relations Strategies for SMEs’ is a one-day intensive training course that addresses the particular needs of listed companies outside the S&P/ASX 100. It is designed to provide delegates with a thorough understanding of the tools and techniques to establish a successful IR programme and is held in partnership with AIRA. It will principally target senior executives of SMEs who assume the responsibility for and/or need a practical understanding of investor relations principles and programmes.

20:20 Investor Series - Sydney

The Resourceful Events Investor Series supported by ASX, is a series of half-day conferences held in the heart of the Sydney CBD. These conferences are free to attend for the investment community and aim to bring resources companies and investors together.

Up to eight companies in a specific commodity have the opportunity to make a company presentation of approximately 20 minutes to an audience including fund managers, brokers and high-net worth individuals.

ASX Spotlight Series - Sydney

ASX Spotlight Series will provide a valuable opportunity for CEOs and CFOs of listed companies across a particular industry sector or sub-sector to get in front of an audience of investors to present essential, up-to-date information including their current performance, future development plans and investment potential.

The ASX Spotlight Series includes a series of one-on-one meetings organised by ASX with qualified institutional investors to ensure participating companies have the opportunity to maximise their interaction with investors.

Resources Roadshows - Sydney and Melbourne

ASX is supporting a new series of investor events, 'Resources Roadshows' presented by Symposium. These events are designed to promote companies to a wide variety of investors from fund managers, brokers and analysts to private investors.

Deliberately held after the markets close to increase attendance from the professional investment community these forums give companies a great opportunity to connect with either a Melbourne audience or a Sydney audience or both.

ASX Small to Mid Caps - Singapore and Hong Kong

Bringing together: ASX-listed companies - ASX brokers - Investors in Asia

In May, we are providing for the first time the opportunity for ASX companies to showcase themselves to Singapore investors at the annual ASX Small to Mid Caps roadshow. This is an opportunity for investors to hear the latest business strategies and outlooks from a selection of emerging Australian companies in the small and mid cap segment of the market.
Presentations will be made by the CEO or CFO of a number of ASX listed companies and will be supplemented by one-on-one meetings throughout the programme.

The programme is full for the Singapore event, so we are unable to take any more bookings from listed companies wishing to participate. If you are interested in raising your company’s profile with investors in Asia you may wish to consider participating in the Hong Kong Small to Mid Caps conference on 21 October, for which we are now taking expressions of interest from companies with a market capitalisation between $150 million and $2 billion.

AMEC Convention 2010 - Perth

This convention is hosted by the Association of Mining and Exploration Companies, Australia’s industry body for the mineral exploration industry. The convention will focus on the need and possibilities for improving the future discovery rate of mineral deposits and operating in new and increasingly challenging business environments.
