Listing Rules Roadshows
1. Oil and Gas Reporting Rules seminars

In 2012 ASX released new rules for reserves and resources reporting. The rules affect listed companies in the mining and oil and gas sectors. For the first time, listed oil and gas companies will be required to report under the Society of Petroleum Engineers Petroleum Resources Management System (SPE-PRMS).

Chapter 5 of the ASX Listing Rules has brought in these changes and has also been updated with additional reporting requirements affecting all resource companies.

Following the recent JORC seminars for mining companies, which attracted over 2,100 people around the country, ASX is planning a series of seminars in July to explain changes to ASX Listing Rules and the requirements of the SPE-PRMS for listed oil and gas companies. ASX is partnering with RISC to conduct the training. The seminars will be held in Perth, Adelaide, Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne. Dates and registration details are set out below.
