Dermot is responsible for sourcing, analysing and implementing investment ideas. He is a member of the Manager’s Investment Committee. Mr Woods has over fifteen years of investment experience in international equity markets as an equity analyst and a portfolio manager.
Anthony has over 16 years’ experience in global financial markets, working for some of the largest asset management firms in Australia, Europe, and the United Kingdom. In his current role, Anthony helps to position Fidelity’s broad investment capabilities, strategy, market views and performance to clients.
Julian joined Platinum in 2001, but he quit in 2002 to travel the world. He was then at Credit Suisse for 8 years in metals & mining, before founding a company in minerals exploration. He re-joined in 2014 and works to help clients stay informed, and with the basic industries analytical team.
Gemma is a recognised expert in SMSF and superannuation topics, and regularly discusses investment trends and investor behaviour in the media, including Sky Business, the Australian Financial Review and The Australian. Prior to her current role Gemma was Head of SMSF Solutions at nab, and Head of Technical Services at MLC, where she managed a team of specialists in superannuation, tax, social security and financial advice.
Gopi focuses on relative value fixed income strategies. He has 19 years of experience across global financial markets, including the full spectrum of global fixed income, as well as broader macro relative value investing across equity, FX and derivative market
Will joined Martin Currie Australia in July 2013. Prior to this Will worked for 16 years at Deutsche Bank in various roles including head of Australian equity sales and account management, and head of the Melbourne equities desk. Will also worked at ANZ (McCaughan) Securities for eight years as head of the equities desk.
Andrew joined Martin Currie Australia in November 2011 after six years as the lead infrastructure and utilities analyst with Austock Securities. Andrew also gained significant experience in project finance and credit analysis as an associate director at Société Générale. Prior to this he worked as a senior accountant with KPMG.
Daniel joined Martin Currie Australia in July 2015 as a research analyst for Asia Pacific real income and became portfolio manager in 2017. Daniel has previously worked at Martin Currie Australia as an associate analyst from 2000–2003 before moving to Dublin with Investors Group. He was then head of research at Global Value Investors in Sydney.
Cameron advises and implements Income Strategies across debt, equity and hybrid securities. Cameron is the Co-Model Manager of the Hybrid Income, Goals Based and Debt Securities portfolio. Prior to joining Shaw and Partners, Cameron spent over 30 years in senior roles across Financial Markets and Investment Management.
Steve has worked in the financial services industry for over 25 year and joined Shaw and Partners in July 2015. . In his role, Steve advises and implements Income Strategies across debt, equity and hybrid securities. Steve is the Co-Model Manager of the Hybrid Income, Goals Based and Debt Securities portfolio.
Anastasia has over 9 years financial markets experience across the UK, Europe and Australia. Prior to her role at ASX, Anastasia was an experienced Equities analyst and securities dealer, working for Equity Trustees and a boutique asset manager with a focus on high-net worth individuals and family office.
Meaghan is responsible for leading, managing and developing our SPDR ETF business in Australia and Singapore and developing solutions for our clients across sales, marketing, capital markets, product and infrastructure. Meaghan is also responsible for developing strategies to drive sales of our SPDR ETFs across our key client segments: Institutional Asset Owners, Institutional Asset Managers and Financial Intermediaries.
Peter Hogan is one of Australia’s foremost SMSF specialists. A lawyer by training, he started at the ATO before joining some of Australia’s largest financial institutions to work in key super, investment & tax roles.
Mark joined the Adviser Rating team in November 2017 as CEO Wealth. Mark has worked in the Wealth industry for the last 20 years in investment research, ratings and data-analytic businesses following an earlier career as a petroleum engineer at Exxon. He spent 10 years with Standard & Poor's, establishing and growing a start-up fund research business to top 2 in Australia before running the global business based in London.
