In November 2023, ASX announced that mFund would close on 31 May 2026 with issuer products to be progressively withdrawn from the service in the lead up to the closure date. As a result of its decision, ASX has resolved to waive all mFund related fees charged to issuers, registries and brokers from 1 January 2024.
