Exhibitor display table details

The exhibitor/display table spaces will be located outside the meeting rooms at each venue.

Inclusions and space allocation

• You may display up to 1 x pull-up banner in your allocated space.
• Your allocated space includes 1 x trestle table (2m long x 1m wide) and 2 x chairs that you can use to display any giveaways you may have. It is recommended that you bring a branded trestle table cover/skirt. 
• Please advise Aaron Viscayno, Aaron.Viscayno@asx.com.au no later than Friday 17 April 2026 if you do not require these items.

Bump in/out

• Display table bump in - Saturday 7:30am - 8:15am
• Display opening hours - Saturday 9:00am – 3:20pm
• Display table bump out - Saturday 3:20pm – 5:00pm

Please note

• We require all partners to be set up and ready for attendees by 8:30am.
• We do not have access for Bump In the day prior, so it is imperative that you arrive on time to set up prior to the event commencing.
• Any items that require delivery can be delivered to the venue.

Collections at the conclusion of the event

Please ensure that all items are clearly labelled and that you have organised a courier to collect your items.

Please note: all items need to be collected within 48 hours of the event, labelled with the information below. If you have not labelled items clearly, your items may be disposed of.

• Date of collection
• Printed return labels with your contact name, company name, address, phone number
• Estimated time of collection
• Courier company
• Number of boxes
• Description of items being collected
• Any special instructions

Corporate collateral and/or giveaway item details

The suggested quantity for collateral would be 50% of the expected numbers. Please ensure boxed items are clearly labelled with a company contact name, mobile phone number and company name using the shipping label provided from each venue and state that they are for your stand.

We encourage you to bring tools to capture investor details, e.g. prize draws. (Please note: it is your responsibility to acquire any State lottery permits or licenses for any competitions or draws). We are not able to share registration details of attendees.

Please note: items can be delivered to the venue from 9:00am Friday before the event.

Staff registrations for ASX Investor Day

We suggest having two company representatives on your display table in Melbourne and three representatives at the Sydney event. Please use the code COMPSTAFF to register your staff.

Below is a discount for your network, which you will also be able to use for additional company representatives.

As a presenter, we ask that you please help us to spread the word about ASX Investor Day to your network.

We’d love for you to broadcast far and wide – to your mailing list, via social media, in your events calendar/s or newsletters and through any other appropriate channels.

To assist you with getting the word out about ASX Investor Day, we are more than happy to provide you with collateral or marketing material upon request. For this reason, it is important that we receive high res presenter images and logos no later than Friday 13 March 2026. Please email Sarah.Mah@asx.com.au if you have any marketing related queries.

The on-demand portion of the event will also include post-event promotion. Presenting partners will be notified when they feature in the campaign so that their involvement can be re-shared with respective networks. We ask that you help us spread the word about Investor Day as much as possible and are more than happy to provide marketing collateral for you to do so.

If you would like anything more specific to share with your network, please don’t hesitate to ask – and we will do our best to accommodate!

As part of your involvement at ASX Investor Day, we ask each presenting company to donate AUD$2,500 to the ASX Refinitiv Charity Foundation.

This contribution will ensure your participation in all activity related to the Markets Day for Charity, which will be held in November. The activity related to the Markets Day for Charity includes:

• corporate logo displayed in promotional material for ASX Refinitiv Charity Foundation – Markets Day for Charity
• invitation to attend and sponsor acknowledgement at a bell ringing ceremony to celebrate the Markets Day for Charity
  
• payment details will be circulated once you confirm your participation on Investor Day.

What are the benefits included as a presenter?

Event partners are entitled to the following items:

• Two complimentary exhibitor registrations in each city for representatives from your organisation

Can I get a copy of the attendee contact information after the event?

Unfortunately, due privacy we are unable to share the attendee contact information after the event. We encourage you to bring tools to capture investor details, eg prize draws. (Please note: it is your responsibility to acquire any State lottery permits or licenses for any competitions or draws). 

How much time do attendees spend viewing displays and talking with the exhibitors?

The official networking times are during the arrival, morning and afternoon tea breaks, and lunch – totalling over 2 hours. With some attendees dropping in and out of sessions – you will also often find people to speak to during the formal session times. 

What branding can I have at ASX Investor Day?

You are able to have a banner placed at your display stand only.
